The claims process was a great experience at such a difficult time

Really helpful staff that took the time to explain the claims process to me in detail, and it all went through the vets directly. My 1 year old cat had broken his hip and we wouldn’t have been able to afford the surgery during these times without this insurance. The claims process was easy and paid out promptly. We have upped the insurance from bronze to gold to ensure we are fully covered in the future as the surgery was more expensive than we had expected and again this was an easy process without any increase to our premium despite us having made a claim. The staff are well trained and based in a uk call centre and I have already recommended this provider to family and friends. It has given us the peace of mind we need to know our cat is protected .
