Quick and efficient

I had to claim for my cat having emergency surgery. I contacted the insurance and they sent me claims forms the next day. I filled them in, handed to my vet who completed them and sent them to the insurance to reclaim the costs. I got notification that they had received them on the Friday, an email asking for bank details in which the money could be sent, and I received the money back in my bank within 5 days!
