Great Service and Communication

I always check the market whenever an insurance policy is due for renewal and I nearly always have to change providers to get the best cover at the right price. However, with Insurance Emporium I have been able to renew for 3 years running, despite having to make a Pet insurance claim in the 2nd year. Furthermore their service is very good and their explanation of their cover and terms and conditions are written in plain English and are quite easy to understand, unlike most insurance documentation!
