Review of the Petplan, Pet insurance:

Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable.

My Vet usually deals with the claims but recently I had to contact Petplan about the death of my cat. I was concerned as due to Covid my Vet hadn't processed the claim and I had continued to pay the direct debit. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful, he explained everything clearly and arranged a (unexpected) refund, which I promptly received. I am due to collect a new kitten in a few weeks and will definately be using Petplan to insure him. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020
