Do not trust this company they are a con

I have had problems with this company since day one, firstly the harassment over getting proof of no claims was incredible, I forwarded proof within 2 days, then they added on over £70 because there was a discrepancy in some information I provided, it was not anything that made the insurance cost more, I decided at this point as I was within the cooling off period to cancel the policy, they emailed me accepting the cancellation and are now saying they cancelled the policy not me, although I have all the proof and that they want over £50 more on top of my deposit to have insured me for 8 days!! They are now threatening to pass the debt onto a debt collection agency. I was insured for 8 days they want over £110 for that and are saying they cancelled my insurance they are a massive con, do not use them they are cheap but use a better company I have reinsurred with tesco and the service has been completely different, efficient and professional I would recommend spending the little bit extra. It avoids using close brother finance company too. I would dread to think of dealing with brightside for a claim when a simple cancellation turns into a complete nightmare!
