Real People for Real Cyclists

With insurance, I have always appreciated the personal touch, talking to a real person who cares about your needs. Yellow Jersey do this with spades. Every contact I’ve had to deal with any queries, amendments to policies or additions has been met with a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Every call has been like talking to a good friend rather than someone just trying to get sales. With the different cycling disciplines I enjoy, the level of cover for my needs is discussed and options reviewed and checked before taking out the cover. I feel that my personal circumstances are accommodated rather than a one policy fits all approach. I cannot recommend Yellow Jersey enough and I have certainly shared this with my social contacts.
