Excellent, sympathetic service

My dog lost the use of his hind legs. I rang Emporium From the vets and was listened to be kind advisors who coped well with a tearful woman. Luckily the problem was solved. (Turned out to be a system clogged with pork fat...) All vets fees for treatment - X-rays etc - were reimbursed by Emporium as stated in the policy. This was done within 5 days of the claim being made. I felt I was treated very well by all those involved at Emporium Reviewed on: 30th August 2020
