Helped us when our cat was poorly.

It’s a very worrying time when your pet is unwell, you worry that the insurance that you pay in good faith is not going to pay out. Our claim was dealt with so quickly we were very grateful, all paid with a full explanation. Also must add whenever I have spoken to a team member on the phone they have been very helpful.
