Hassle free claim

Pet insurance is a very competitive price for my beloved greyhound Shadow. I have never had to make a claim before but the paperwork was simple for me to fill in and the rest of the form was filled in by our vet and the document was emailed through to The Insurance Emporium by the vet practice. My claim was paid in full with no questions and quickly, in spite of the 'Corona Virus 'lock down' at the time. I would say I am very impressed with the cost of the policy and the speed of processing my claim. Reviewed on: 31st August 2020
