You only know how good insurance is when you need it !!!

Unfortunately one of our dogs developed a lump which had to be surgically removed, the invoice was well into 4 figures and at this point you then discover how good your insurance provider is, it is not only about cash but the system and they way a claim is handled. i must say all was done very well from the moment the paperwork was sent to the time the money hit the bank, and beyond .
