Fantastic, friendly, supportive and efficient.

I cannot praise and thank Charlotte Hall enough for her continued support throughout the whole mortgage process. Charlotte goes above and beyond in her work. Newbury Building Society is very efficient, friendly and supportive. Everything they said was done. During Covid times, everything is a little more difficult but Newbury understands. Charlotte was willing to help with every little question I had. I would not have managed the stress of applying for a mortgage without her encouraging words and support. I would fully recommend Newbury Building Society to anyone looking for a mortgage. Reviewed on: 4th September 2020
