Not easy to switch

Very good interest rates (which was the main reason I switched). The only room for improvement was that I wanted to transfer direct debts and not my salary from my old account to this new one. I spoke to someone on the phone who said it was all or nothing and that if I wanted direct debits to move only, then I'd have to ring up every company I had direct debts with myself and move them. Interest rates unappealing

I had banked with Natwest all my life. In the last year the ISA inerest rate changed from 0.5% to 0.25% so moved my cash elsewhere. No incentive to stay with Natwest at all. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2016
