Love Monzo, so helpful and clear!

Monzo is so much easier to use than other banking apps, direct debits show up before they come out, easy budget setting, early payments etc etc, I really enjoy using their products! Monzo Flex is my favourite as it allows you to keep control over your money, spread out big payments, and control how you repay them. I’m a big fan! Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Great comprehensive bike insurance

I've been with YJ for 5 years now - I race so have had to claim a few times for incidents, their in house claims team is incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient with getting replacement parts or settling claims. The price is always competitive and their website makes it very easy to update or modify your insurance policy. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th September 2022

Good, Friendly Company who have helped me a lot

I race my bikes and therefore am more likely to have accidents. I've also been unlucky with cars in London and have had a couple of run ins. Both times Yellow Jersey have sorted me out quickly and efficiently. Their in-house claims team are passionate and knowledgeable and make the whole process much less painful. They also contacted me during the pandemic to say I could reduce my insurance cover to not include racing (as there wasn't any on!) and that they would contact me again to remind me to reinstate the higher cover level, which they duly did. Very Responsive, Sorted my Bikes out Quickly!

I've made two claims with Yellow Jersey now, one for a crash in a race and once when I got hit by a car on my commute. On both occasions, they were very quick to respond, usually within hours of submitting a claim. They sent me out replacement products or settled with a cash value on items they couldn't replace and I was back on my bike shortly after!
