Why does it take days before you get contacted to put in a claim

Poor customer service, you have to make an claim online. Not good as this is my first time using this company. I got an better service from Domestic and General at least you get to speak to someone put in your claim and within days have an engineer come and repair your appliance. Reviewed on: 13th June 2017
