Easy to use and no hassle

Cheap paying by the miles we drive, but can be pricey in the long run if you do more mileage. The customer is in control, we do the admin when it comes to changing payment details or information updates etc. Easy to use app, no hassle renewals, prompt help with customer service, someone always available when you have the smallest of questions. Couldn't Be Without By Miles

I have been with By Miles for 1 year and I have no intention on leave this Insurance company. I feel so much in control, as everything is just a click away. Customer service is always amazing and a lovely bunch to deal with. My precious sister who actually recommended By Miles so that I could go ahead with my new car purchase. To cut it short now: If it wasn't for this super duper car insurance company and quote, I wouldnt have my new car today. Thank you By Miles for existing in this day and age. Life saver

Irecently bought a new car and all the other insurers were quoting me very extortionate prices. When my sister recommended By Miles to me I thought il give it a try and honestly speaking this insurer turned out to be a life saver. This insurer was easy to deal with and they have their customers in full control. My new car purchase was pending on reasonable insurance quotes, had I not found out about By Miles Car Insurance, I would not have been able to go ahead with my car purchase. They are the best.
