Highly recommend

Been a customer for about a year and honestly cannot find any fault with any aspect of banking. The app is so easy to navigate especially moving money around and the interest rate is very good. Would highly recommend both the current account and the savings account if that is what you are looking for! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Hassle free claims and refunds

only been a customer for 2 months when our pet fell ill. everything can be done online and our claim was processed within weeks. just be careful about the extra percentage added to the excess - i understand most companies are doing this so make sure the % is right for you as you could end up paying more than you thought especially if the claim is large. Other than that I have not had any problems with communication, claims or any assistance! Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
