A crash without the pain

Ok - I was in pain - I crashed my very new and very expensive bike ad suffered bust ribs and fingers. You don't know how good a insurance company is until you make a claim. They were brilliant (even though I claimed in the early days of COVID19). They reassured me and clearly told me what needs to be done. Put me with the best carbon frame bicycle repairers and I got my bike back as good as new. You cannot tell it had a smash and the paint was matched perfectly which cannot have been easy as it was a Trek Project One custom job. I cannot rate them highly enough as it was all done with the minimum of fuss, Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
