Efficient and straightforward

My experience of Saga is that the staff are very approachable, efficient and straightforward and the policy is easy to understand . I like the fact that I can speak to a person who is in the UK and not have to push endless buttons to get through to someone. Nobody talks jargon. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
