Great customer service and friendly, professional advice.

I received loads of helpful advice and plenty of on-going support when I made a claim to cover the repair costs to an item covered under my Saga, home-contents insurance last year. It was during a period when I had a lot of other stressful and pressing issues to deal with. The friendly and efficient service I received from the Saga insurance team made the procedure simple and easy to follow.
