Professional and helpful

I had the misfortune to have to make a claim last winter for a burst pipe in my loft. This happened early on a Friday morning . I called as soon as the office opened, the building assessor arrived on the Monday and as I had chosen to use my local builder the money was in my account on the Friday and all repair work completed by Saturday late afternoon . During the week I received two phone calls from Saga to ensure that I was happy with the way the claim was being handled and also to see if I needed any further assistance .
