Saga turn up the heat.

I had an occasion when my boiler and heating system broke down. I had taken out Saga's emergency heating and boiler cover and like most people i was concerned as to whether or not it would cover me when and if the actual time came for me to claim. Well it did! Saga attended to my claim immediately and put my mind at rest' they assured me that my cover was valid and arranged for an engineer to call and fix the problem which turned out to be a failed circuit board. The job took approx . 30/40 minutes. I did have to wait for a part however as my boiler was a back boiler but it was no problem to Saga .That experience will ensure that Saga will always be my preferred insurance company to deal with.
