Quick & friendly customer service

I had a small heating pad to help alleviate pain in my back. Popped it into my bed one evening, prior to going to bed.Quick visit to the bathroom and when I return to get into bed, I was horrified to see flames! Pad in the space of five minutes, Had caught fire burning not only my very recently purchased new bed, & mattress, but also mattress protector, bottom sheet, duvet cover, duvet itself, & a throw .All the bedding bought new when I replaced the bed. Rang saga next day and a very friendly gentleman Dealt with the problem promptly,Efficiently and sympathetically. Saga quickly Covered the complete cost of replacing everything without any Fuss or Bother . I could not have been more delighted and relieved.Amazing customer service.
