Comprehensive cover, excellent value, caring helpful customer service.

I have recently renewed my home insurance and found it a very easy process. Last year I chose to take the 3year price freeze option which made it a very quick and painless renewal. I have jut received my car insurance renewal reminder. Again I had chosen the 3 year price freeze. However there were several pages of changes to the wording previously used. I found this daunting so called Saga. The gentleman I spoke with was unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions were answered, putting my mind at rest. There was nothing negative, all the changes were beneficial or had needed clarification. So I shall be renewing in October. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020
