Carpet claim

Unfortunately I was not covered as my claim was deemed an “accident “ The circumstances were quite difficult to explain as it was down to my daughter being seriously ill at the time. The call handler was very sympathetic and although I was not covered on this occasion I received a little hamper and a letter from Saga.
