Always ready to help

Received car insurance quote for 2020/21 and was alarmed at the increase in price compared to last year. Did a comparison check and found a premium with another company which was considerably more acceptable. Reported this to Saga and said I wouldn't be renewing with them this time. A very accommodating lady called Norma, was quick off the mark and adjusted the figures quite considerably and made it worth my while to stay as a customer. A really good service, thank you Norma.
