Recent car insurance purchase

Purchased my car insurance for the coming year with Brightside via a price comparison website that linked to Brightside's website. Overall the process was clear and simple. The options and costs are clear. The email responses were prompt. There were a few minor errors when details were transferred from the price comparison website to Brightside's. Spoke to Brightside customer service to amend the errors. Customer service were informative, helpful and polite. Very please with the experience, especially my car insurance cost 25% less with Brightside than with my current insurer. Reviewed on: 17th June 2017
