Very helpful with my costly claim

Took out a policy last year with my oldest dog. This year, had an issue that took ages to even figure out, never mind resolve, and Agria have been so helpful at every step. Speaking to people on the phone is so different to the typical bland 'call centre' experience, they're just so...nice, I think is the best way to put it. Paid out no issue to regular vets and specialists, all of whom were happy to deal direct with them as they say Agria are one of the better companies for actually paying out and not trying to wriggle out of claims (there are only a very small number of insurers I'd use, for this reason). I've recommended wherever I see the question raised, and will continue to do so, as someone who has actually had to make a lengthy claim in several stages.
