AVOID - con people out of deposit

Charged £76 to set up policy then told 3 weeks later policy was cancelled due to information with held. Explained I couldn't get a picture of the back of my drivers licence but sent them the code from DVLA. Weren't interested and are now charging £45 to cancel the already cancelled policy. Disgusting customer service. AVOID. Reviewed on: 29th January 2016
