Happy Customer

Monthly payments are very reasonable and with having two dogs it’s really makes a difference . Had to make a claim which was very simple to do. The only down side was the vets didn’t except direct payment so we had to fork out up front and would have preferred the claim to be processed quicker due to this. Other than that the claim was paid and all contact was great with very helpful staff. So far my payments haven’t gone up due the claim and will be more than happy to stay with them.
