Amazing service, incredible value for money

You can only really rate an insurer once you've had to use them. And while in New York awaiting our shuttle bus to the airport to return home at 2am, one of the party suddenly became very ill with a vomiting virus. In this panic situation of not knowing what to do our case manager walked us through each step. The communication was amazing and gave me so much confidence when I really needed it. They even got us like for like premium seats for our flight home when we're finally cleared to travel. As it was so close to Christmas I was sure we'd end up sitting with the hold luggage! All bills and expenses were handled quickly with no fuss or questions, helped by the clarity throughout of what we needed to retain and relay to the hotel and hospital. In fact, the hospital complimented us/t4m on how quickly the information they needed was sent to them. Thank you for making what was a highly charged and stressful situation as good as it could be made. I cannot thank or recommend this team highly enough! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
