Helpful but slow

I had to make a claim on our insurance after our son fell ill on holiday. It was a straight forward process and everyone that I spoke to was helpful. It did just take a while for everything to be processed and it wasnt clear what the holdup was. I felt that the team I spoke to were trying to help but that there were some communications issues between the teams. This was rectified and my claim was paid eventually. It did just mean that I had to pay extra interest on the money I had borrowed to pay the medical expenses in the first place and this could not be recovered. But overall it was a good experience and i received most of the money. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
