Review of the Saga, Home insurance:

They treated me as a human being.

I rang after discovering that my insurers of 10+ years had not given me new for old cover, despite asking. When I needed help, advice and support, they were not there for me and I felt intimidated. Saga made me feel that I was a genuine person, gently explaining things (I'm officially in the vulnerable category). Not quite sure what my insurances mean because am cognitively impaired, but feel that I can trust Saga. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
