Great coverage, slow response

Was with PetPlan for nearly a year and had to make a claim for a dental - they wouldn't cover as the vet had mentioned plaque in my dogs initial visit. They excluded quite a lot of things from my cover, however they wouldn't reduce the overall cost to me and so I moved to Bought by Many. The yearly limit is nearly twice what I had with Pet Plan and costs significantly less with £0 excess. I've made one claim so far, it's been two weeks and haven't heard from them but this is pretty standard for pet insurance from my experience. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
