Supportive Claims Team

I contacted BBM to ask what would happen if I needed to make a claim for my dog's split toenail, ahead of attending my vets, having been told that a sedative and removal might be likely on the photos I had provided. BBM were extremely helpful. They helped me understand the process and were hugely supportive to talk to. At the time of writing my dog is being treated as the vets thought would be necessary. I am not worried about making a claim at all. The lady I spoke to at BBM said I could ring through to make a claim, as I have never made one before, and I am not sure about doing it online.
