Emergency cover good, claims department useless

Emergency department was good, arranged repatriation and hospital cover for my surgery reasonably efficiently. The non-emergency claims are useless, I have had no response to my claim for reimbursement for medical scans that I had to pay for myself during my accident. These were submitted 25 days ago, even after phoning the supplied telephone number and being reassured someone is looking at my case. This has left me out of pocket for the last month, with no sign or reassurance that it will be processed and I will be reimbursed any time soon. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
