Super customer and pet friendly

I would not hesitate in recommending Bought by Many for anyone looking to insure their beloved pets. Through personal experience I have received the utmost of outstanding customer service, the staff are all personable, caring and compassionate whilst speaking to you and I have never had an issue making a claim. Very sadly last year I lost my cat whilst on the operating table. An exploratory investigation had already been authorised but what they found was inoperable. To say I was devastated was an understatement; I was too distressed to even think about contacting insurers again. I need not have worried as everything was completely taken care of and they liaised directly with my vet throughout. Not once did I have to contact them, I received text messages along the way to tell me my claim was being settled. I received a credit for payments made that month and my new monthly payment for multiple pets was recalculated without me lifting a finger. I even received a sympathy card. You 100% have my vote.
