Great customer service

I've had a few issues with my payments due to my employer changing dates. Aviva was so helpful to put forward the dates with out a charge there customer service is second to none very understanding and helpful and there prices are cheap Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

When you need them they are there.

I tend to borrow a week or two before pay day and because I pay it back in a short time the interest rate is low sunny has got me out of some sticky situations. Using them online is so hassle free and when the one time I needed to phone there customer services are so polite with good manners and very understanding.
