Good card but beware of interest rate increases

The Vanquis card is good if you’re struggling being accepted for a card but they continually increase the interest rate especially when you owe a decent amount on your card. Their motto is they say they are helping to improve your credit scoring but by increasing the interest rate that makes it harder to pay off so that doesn’t seem like helping at all. I also referred a friend and it took 6 months and three phone calls to get the £50 reward as promised. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Financial lifesaver

I contacted Payplan when my debt had become overwhelming to the point I was suffering from severe anxiety. We agreed a budget and they made monthly payment offers to my creditors via a debt management plan which meant I actually had money in my pocket to survive. I cannot praise them enough. The staff are understanding and knowledgeable and on your side. I trust them 100% and would recommend to anyone and it doesn’t cost a penny. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022

Payplan turned my life around

I was struggling to pay the minimum amount on my cards and the interest was spiralling out of control. Trying to survive on the breadline I started suffering badly from stress. In desperation I called Payplan who arranged a debt management plan liaising with my creditors. I felt like i had got my life back and was able to see a future without financial worries.
