fantastic customer service

Unfortunately I have had a problem with my dog. Called spoke to Chloe, she advised on how to proceed, with sending receipts etc, then received email progress, as vet history was required, although now having further physio therapy, part of the claim has already been paid. This is so much easier than dealing with my other dogs insurance company. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
