Sainsbury car insurance

This company is beyond useless. Customer service is a joke. 50 minutes wait to speak to someone People you speak to are rude and unhelpful. I cancelled my policy a month before it expired and as I cancelled before the end I have to pay £80 and they refused to send me proof of my 8 years no claims. Will never be using them again.
