EXTREMELY RUDE MAN CALLED MARTIN

Phoned up and spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE Scottish man called Martin. The call quality his end was awful and he was speaking far too quickly. So I very pleasantly apologised as I couldn't hear him properly, and asked could he repeat what he said, and he ANGRILY SHOUTED the sentence back to me and hung up. He needs to be sacked IMMEDIATELY. Call was 30/09/20 at 17:55pm (the call connected after a 25 min wait in the queue). Reviewed on: 30th September 2020
