i applied for a mortgage on 18th August through a broker, the affordability was all good , a amout of £167k . After 4 weeks of waiting they kept asking for documents after documents! Then suddenly the affordability dropped from 167k to 108k !!! Made no logical sense !!! Il say dont put yourself through this stress ! Not worth it Reviewed on: 4th October 2020
