Just shocking

After failing to do their jobs at all during lockdown they are now seeking to tmreturn things to normal when my situation has not changed. It got worse. I was made redundant unfairly and so now have a very reduced income which doesn't cover my basic needs to survive let alone pay for this. Completely useless company who don't care at all about their customers during a pandemic. They don't seem to realise it is still going on and affecting people... Stop harassing me, you will not get any extras from me. Reviewed on: 13th October 2020
