No response

Spent hours on the phone eventually someone answered but the action they promised hasn’t happened. . Emailed customer services no answer. Registered a complaint - no acknowledgement or response. They blame Covid for slow response but the Post Office didn’t have the same problem. Jaja customer service is terrible Reviewed on: 21st October 2020
