Unable to contact and an app that doesn't work

On 3rd October, Jaja took over Bank or Ireland's credit card business. Just sign up for the app and all will be well - unfortunately the app won't let me (or a lot of others) register. I can't see my CC bill, The phone rings off every time you attempt to ring them. My only contact from them has been a letter acknowledging my complaint, warning of a potential 8 week wait! Bank of Ireland keep telling me that they are passing on my problem to Jaja, who ignore it. Run, don't walk, RUN from Jaja - if I ever get into their useless system I'll be cancelling my card.
