I wanted to open an account on an ISA of £20000 to save paying income tax on my savings, Haze Parker talked me through the process of an ISA account, she was very helpful and professional, I will open another for 2025/2026 tax year to save more. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Very helpful and friendly staff.

All the staff where very polite and professional, and the building was marked out for social distancing in these trying times, Alice who saw to me opening an account was very helpful and professional, any questions I asked about savings, withdrawing money, or depositing money in my account, she was able to answer me with helpful advise that I could understand easily.
