Transferring from one existing mortgage to another

We have been Newbury sustomers for a number of years now - even though we live nowhere near Newbury (Yorkshire actually). But the customer service has been really very good, and we have benefitted much from the the ability to speak on the phone, as opposed to a chatline, with a long-term and trusted mortgage advisor. The advice has been excellent, succinct and refreshingly jargon-free. As our mortgage comes to an end, we would not think of moving our morgage to another provider. Reviewed on: 26th October 2020
