Easy Savings Set-up

Set up a few new savings accounts. Started on line, then spoke by phone to my local branch, and finally visited the branch to complete the process. Excellent service backed by thorough knowledge of Newbury products, from start to finish Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Friendly and welcoming service from staff with a good knowledge of their products.

I first opened an account with NBS when I was having to deal with the affairs of s deceased relative. The staff were so helpful and obliging, particularly in comparison to other financial institutions that I had to deal with, that once these matters were concluded I decide to remain a member and keep using their savings products. Joining NBS with new dab a/c

Wasn’t as straight forward as I imagined due to tech facilities but customer service was really good. Initial joining process was outdated. Was expecting a text with verification code rather than letter within 5 days. Text reply would have verified account instantly and saved time. Website isn’t set out to be user friendly. As a new user, it took me a while to find the login icon. Would be better standing alone in top right rather than being in middle of a menu. Joking process could have been explained simpler and was left a tad confused by instructions. Managed to speak to customer services and had a nice customer experience. They were friendly and helpful and above all, patient. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
