A great building society, make you feel special

I obtained a mortgage through Newbury at the age of 77, and within the last month have repaid that mortgage. During the time I have been with Newbury, they have been helpful, professional and understanding. I have spoken to some lovely helpful people near the time i was repaying the mortgage and have only praise for them. they make you feel that its special and personal to you. Initial contact was with Sarah Thompson, a calm and careful listener. Sarah arranged an appointment for us . Next day we met with manager Justine Ransom who talked us through the small print , after listening to our opening chat. Very clear , concise explanation to all points. A credit to your company.
