Wonderful customer service

Having recently opened a new savings account, I am very impressed by the level of customer service. Gemma has been so quick to reply to my queries and has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond what I would expect her to do. Opening an ISA For Tax Free Interest

The interest on my savings accounts is approaching £1000.00 per annum. Needed to move some savings out of this bracket, hence the ISA. Tracy talked me through very professionally and the end result very positive. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
